We Share One Life, We Are One Life

We're more afraid of life than we are of death.
*Marianne Williamson. A Return to Love.
Now, that does not make any sense, does it - more afraid of life than death? But think about it, for maybe it does make sense? See, life is not the details we call life. And do we tend to hide from life in the details of life? Spirituality is about coming out from hiding, not even hiding behind "God" or anything we could see as absolutely good. Possibly, are we socialized to fear life, by those taught to fear life? I sense those who project the end of the world and preach about it so much, manifest disapproval of life. I sense religion that disdains humanness, it disapproves of the wonderful gift of life. I pray to fall in love with life, more and more. Life has given itself to me, cannot I return the Love? Then, life heals me of the fear that closes the heart to life. And is not my saying "life" saying "love," as well? So, the more I am drawn into love, I am drawn into life, and the more I am drawn into life, I am drawn into love. This, until I see they are one, even as I am one, for one creates only itself, in what I see to be the eternal generation of the Son, always Now. Then, even my prayer is life praying with and in life. My worship is love loving itself. My life, life, my love, love. That I pray.
